As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when engaging our services. You are responsible for supplying all necessary documents in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing. Any inaccuracies or omissions in the information you provide may result in delays, additional costs, or rejection of applications by the relevant authorities. Asraoui Services shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
All service fees are quoted on a per-engagement basis and will be communicated to you before any work begins. Payment terms, including amounts, methods, and deadlines, will be agreed upon in advance for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due upon confirmation of the engagement. Additional costs incurred during the process (such as government filing fees, notary fees, or translation costs) will be communicated in advance and are the responsibility of the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
While we strive to provide the highest quality assistance, Asraoui Services cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any application, filing, or request submitted to government authorities or third parties. Approvals for business registrations, residence permits, and other government-related processes are subject to the sole discretion of the relevant Moroccan authorities. Our role is to facilitate and support the process, not to determine its outcome. No refunds will be issued for services rendered in cases where an application is denied by the authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asraoui Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by government authorities, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Asraoui Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the client, fees for work already completed up to the date of termination remain due and payable. Asraoui Services reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the client fails to provide required information or documents, breaches these terms, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or obstructive to the provision of services.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tangier, Morocco.
